Great for perfecting the top of your creme brulee, this blow torch features a variable gas control and an air adjustment nozzle that allows you to change the type of flame. For ease of use and safety, the torch is designed with a safety lock, a stand and a soft grip body for added control. Reaching a temperature of 1300C / 2450F, the burning time of this blow torch is 45 - 60 minutes.
